Chance Scott
Chief Correspondent
Chance Scott is a sports journalist and content creator passionate about covering high school and collegiate athletics. With experience at Neuse News Sports, HTC 247, and The Boneyard Podcast, Chance has developed expertise in sports reporting, interviewing, and digital media. Whether he is covering a big game, producing engaging social content, or hosting a sports podcast, Chance is dedicated to telling compelling sports stories and amplifying local athletes.
A 2025 graduate of East Carolina University, Chance has built a strong reputation in sports journalism, forming trusted relationships with athletes, coaches, and athletic directors.

Trey Scott
VP of Sports Media & Digital Strategy, Magic Mile Media
Trey is a trusted sports journalist and digital strategist known for his authentic coverage, recruiting analysis, and deep relationships in eastern NC. As VP of Sports Media & Digital Strategy for Magic Mile Media, he has grown the Neuse News Sports platform from 600 to over 10,000 followers and led a regional high school sports show that has consistently drawn over 20,000 viewers per episode.
With extensive NCAA Division I coverage experience, Trey has reported on NCAA Tournaments, ACC Championships, NFL Draft Pro Days, and elite recruiting prospects for Tar Heel Illustrated (Rivals Network). His ability to deliver exclusive insights, conduct high-profile interviews, and provide in-depth analysis has made him a go-to source in high school and collegiate sports journalism.
